What does a carrot really cost? Working together to build a more local, circular, and sustainable food system.
Join us to help rethink the circle in ways that produce more sustainable outcomes.
The workshop will build connections and promote dialogue and exchange between farmers, restaurateurs, architects, researchers, students, and a variety of other stakeholders in the food system. The format will encourage all participants to contribute on an equal footing and to openly share information and ideas with each other in a manner that promotes collaborative learning and real change.
In the 2.5 hours we have together, small groups of participants will tackle the obstacles standing in the way of a more responsible, local food system, reporting back and pooling our imaginations to turn problems into opportunities.
Bowline innovator will be also present at the event!
